Commissioned for the 10 Nights in Port Festival (2023), IDLE CALM was a site-specific installation housed inside a shipping container overlooking the ocean in Fremantle during winter. Lincoln MacKinnon led the project as Creative Producer, collaborating with artist Michael Smith on photography, sound design and music composition.

The work paired moody coastal imagery with immersive soundscapes, offering audiences a contemplative space to reflect on seasonality, stillness and place.
